Official Warranty Terms and Conditions for GaadiMech automotive services and parts.
01Warranty Coverage and Duration
Coverage Scope
GaadiMech warrants that workmanship will be free from defects, services will be carried out with reasonable skill/care, and performed according to industry standards/manufacturer specifications.
Duration
3 Months or 5,000 Kilometers
(Whichever occurs first from date of service completion)
Reference Point
Invoiced Date & Odometer
(Starting reading on job card is absolute reference point)
What Is Covered
- Failure of repaired component arising solely from defective workmanship.
- Failure of parts supplied and replaced by GaadiMech due to material defects.
- Incomplete repairs discovered and reported within 48 hours with reasonable proof (Photo/Video).
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
• Pre-existing issues not recorded in original order
• Normal wear and tear, deterioration, or degradation
• Unrelated systems or parts not worked on during service
• Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Customer-installed modifications after service
• Routine maintenance (fluids, filters, pads, bulbs, etc.)
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages/losses
*Final Determination: Technical determination by GaadiMech’s team is final and binding for the purposes of this warranty.
02Warranty Exclusions – Components Not Covered
Specifically Excluded Components
Third-Party & Non-Warrantable Services
GaadiMech provides NO warranty on customer-supplied parts. Workmanship is only assured on installation. Specific "Temporary/Stop-gap" repairs documented on job cards are excluded from standard warranty.
• Washing, Polishing, and Detailing
• Scanning and Diagnostic reports
• Pre-purchase Inspections & Valuations
• Towing, Breakdown, and RSA Services
• Wheel Alignment (Affected by driving conditions)
03Warranty Voiding Circumstances
STRICT VOIDING CONDITIONS: VIOLATION RELEASES ALL COMPANY OBLIGATIONS
Unauthorised Intervention
Repairs, adjustments, or tampering at any other workshop or by any unauthorised person immediately voids the warranty.
Maintenance Neglect
Failure to follow manufacturer-recommended schedules contributing directly to the claimed defect.
Aggravated Damage
Continuing to operate the vehicle after a fault light, abnormal noise, or overheating is detected voids consequential coverage.
Non-Approved Fluids
Use of wrong fuel, substandard lubricants, or contaminated fluids.
Odometer Tampering
Any disconnection, roll-back, or mileage inconsistency renders the warranty null and void.
Usage Misrepresentation
Commercial, Taxi, or Rental usage found after declaring "Personal Use".
04Warranty Remedies and Limitations
Exclusive Remedies
Remedy at GaadiMech discretion: (i) Re-repair of workmanship; (ii) Replacement of defective part; or (iii) Pro-rated refund in exceptional recurrence or unavailability cases.
Strict Liability Exclusion:
• NO Cash compensation for inconvenience or delay
• NO Reimbursement for alternative transportation
• NO Compensation for loss of use / Time / Income
• NO Punitive, Exemplary, or Special damages
• NO Loaner or courtesy vehicles provided
Max Liability Cap: Total Invoice Value
05Warranty Claim Procedure
Step 01: Report
Notify within 48h of discovery via App/Call/WA. provide invoice & evidence.
Step 02: Inspection
Vehicle at facility within 2 days. 24-48h technical diagnosis period.
Step 03: Decision
Written assessment provided. Approved repairs scheduled per capacity.
06Customer Responsibilities
Document Retention: Original invoice is mandatory. Duplicates incur ₹100 fee.
Truthful Disclosure: Misleading info regarding incidents or mods voids current/future benefits.
Vehicle Presentation: Same vehicle must be identified via Registration & VIN numbers.
Assessment Cooperation: Allow thorough inspection, test drives, and internal photography.
07Warranty Transferability and Vehicle Use
Personal Use Assumption: Warranty is framed for private vehicles. Commercial/Taxi use must be declared.
Intercity transfer remains valid where GaadiMech operates; else, prior written approval for pre-approved external estimate is required.
General Legal Provisions
Severability & Entire Agreement
Invalidity of one provision shall not affect balance. Supedes all prior verbal assurances unless recorded in writing on job card/invoice.
Force Majeure
No liability for failures caused by Natural disasters, Public health emergencies, govt orders, strikes, or utility failures beyond 30 days.
Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
Exclusive Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Mandatory Resolution: Good faith internal escalation must precede formal proceedings. Subject to statutory consumer forum rights, Jaipur remains the exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
