"The 90-minute express service is a performance target for eligible maintenance tasks. By booking this service, you agree to these specific terms which prioritize safety and workmanship over speed."

01. Scope & Inclusions

Applicable only to jobs listed under “Express Service Inclusions” on the GaadiMech Platform.

Explicitly Excluded Services (VOID 90-MIN)

• Engine overhaul or major mechanical repairs

• Denting, painting, or body work

• Transmission / Gearbox repairs

• Electrical diagnostics exceeding 30 mins

• Services requiring parts not in local stock

• Any service requiring specialized component rebuilds

02. Timeline Activation (The Clock)

Start Trigger

The 90-minute clock initiates ONLY upon written approval via WhatsApp/SMS to the official GaadiMech number.

Time Exclusions

1. Vehicle reception & parking queue

2. Initial inspection & Estimate prep

3. Wait time for customer response

4. Final billing & Payment processing

03. Pick-Up & Drop Exclusions

THE 90-MINUTE COMMITMENT APPLIES TO IN-WORKSHOP DURATION ONLY.

• NO Transit time (Customer to Workshop)

• NO Pick-up logistics or queueing

• NO Delay due to traffic or checkpoints

• NO Workshop-to-Customer delivery time

04. Slot Booking & Punctuality

Slot Availability

Offered on first-come, first-served basis. 24-hour advance booking is strongly recommended. Confirmed bookings are subject to Bay Capacity.

Late Arrival Policy

• 15-Min Grace: Warranty Honored.

• 16-30 Mins: Honor at Workshop Discretion.

• 30+ Mins: Slot VOID / Converted to Regular.

05. Delay Factors & Overrides

90-Minute commitment is WAIVED in the following scenarios:

Technical Overrides

• Rusted or seized components requiring extraordinary effort

• Unexpected complications discovered mid-service

• Non-standard or aftermarket vehicle modifications

External/Govt Factors

• Power outages or Workshop equipment failure

• IT system or Connectivity failures

• Government restrictions or Supply chain disruptions

SAFETY FIRST: GaadiMech reserves the right to prioritize safety inspections over speed without compensation.

06. Remedy & Limitation

Failure Remedy

If 90-min target is exceeded due to GaadiMech fault, ONLY THE BASIC SERVICE LABOR CHARGE SHALL BE WAIVED.

• Parts and Consumables remain chargeable

• Additional authorized items remain chargeable

• NO Monetary compensation for time or income loss

• NO Consequential or punitive damages

Aggregate Liability Cap: Specific Job Value

07. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Mandatory Reporting Window

All claims must be raised within 24 hours of service completion. Delayed reporting constitutes waiver of claim.

Internal Escalation

Customer must follow Level 1–3 internal escalation (Manager -> Regional -> Grievance) before external remedies.

Governing Law: Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Subject to user\'s statutory consumer rights, Jaipur remains the exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
