5.1 No Liability for Data Loss

COMPREHENSIVE DATA LOSS DISCLAIMER: By requesting account deletion, you acknowledge and agree that GaadiMech, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

• Permanent deletion of your account data and information
• Loss of access to service history, transaction records, or other account information
• Inability to recover or restore deleted data
• Any consequences resulting from account deletion
• Loss of loyalty points, rewards, or promotional benefits
• Interruption or cancellation of active services or bookings

You expressly waive any right to claim compensation, damages, or any other remedy from GaadiMech for any losses or damages resulting from account deletion, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive.

5.2 Irreversible Action

Account deletion is an irreversible action. Once your account is deleted and the deletion process is completed, it cannot be undone. GaadiMech is under no obligation to restore, recover, or recreate your account or any associated data, even if you later change your mind or realize that you need access to deleted information.

5.3 Legal and Regulatory Compliance

GaadiMech reserves the right to retain certain data as required by applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or legal processes, including but not limited to:

• Tax and accounting records (typically 7 years)
• Data required for ongoing legal proceedings or disputes
• Information necessary for fraud prevention and security
• Data required by regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Records necessary for warranty claims or service guarantees

You acknowledge that such retention is necessary for legal compliance and does not constitute a breach of your deletion request.

5.4 Third-Party Data Sharing

Please note that some of your data may have been shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors, service partners, or analytics platforms) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we will request deletion of your data from our systems, we cannot guarantee that third parties will delete your data from their systems. You may need to contact these third parties directly to request deletion of your data from their systems.

GaadiMech disclaims all liability for data retention, processing, or handling by third-party service providers after account deletion.

5.5 No Warranty or Guarantee

GaadiMech makes no warranty or guarantee regarding:

• The completeness or accuracy of data deletion
• The time required to process deletion requests
• The ability to recover deleted data
• The deletion of data from backup systems, archives, or third-party systems
• The deletion of anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you

5.6 Indemnification

By requesting account deletion, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GaadiMech, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs, expenses, and liabilities arising from or relating to:

• Your request for account deletion
• Any consequences resulting from account deletion
• Your failure to backup or preserve important data before deletion
• Any disputes or claims arising from deleted data or account information
• Any misuse or unauthorized access to your account before deletion
