She holds a postgraduate degree in Mass Communication from Symbiosis Institute, Pune, and previously wrote for CarWale and AutoCar India before transitioning to GaadiMech to focus on consumer-first automotive education. Neha has road-tested over 40 vehicles, attended NAIAS Detroit, and interviewed engineers from Tata Motors, Hyundai India, and Stellantis. Her content focuses on demystifying car technology — from understanding what a DPF filter does to why Jaipur's summer heat kills batteries faster.
